DMCA Policy

We will review all valid notices and respond promptly. Upon receipt of a proper DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat Infringers

IvoMarket LLC has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright infringement seriously and reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account without prior notice upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

Our Products and Licensing

All digital products sold on ivomarket.com are either created by IvoMarket LLC or obtained with appropriate commercial and resale licenses. We require all sellers and contributors to certify that they hold the necessary rights to the content they submit. If you believe a product was published without proper authorization, please contact us immediately using the process described above.
