PLR License
Private Label Rights — Full Ownership
PLR is the most powerful license available. You receive the product and all rights to edit, rebrand and sell it as if you created it yourself. You become the author for all commercial purposes.
You CAN
- Edit any text, images, or design
- Put your name or brand as the author
- Sell on your website or marketplace
- Bundle with other products you sell
- Use as a lead magnet (free giveaway)
- Use for client work and projects
- Set any price — keep 100% of revenue
You CANNOT
- Pass PLR rights on to your buyers
- Register copyright in your name
- Resell the original IvoMarket source files as-is (rebrand first)
- Share or distribute the raw PLR product for free to other resellers

Full Brand Ownership
The highest level of rights. Modify, rebrand and resell — it becomes fully yours commercially.
MRR License
Master Resell Rights — Sell & Pass On
MRR lets you sell the product and include the resell rights in what you sell. Your customers can then also resell it — creating a chain of resellers. You cannot edit the product or claim authorship, but you keep 100% of your sales.
You CAN
- Sell the product as-is at any price
- Include MRR rights when you sell it
- Keep 100% of the sales revenue

Personal Use License

Not automatically. If a product is available with multiple license tiers contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the right option for you.
Yes. You may use PLR products as training material, inspiration, or base content for AI tools — as long as you still follow the licence rules for the final output you distribute or sell.
Yes — using a product on your own business website is personal use. The restriction is that you cannot sell the product itself or use it in deliverables you hand to paying clients.
Yes. PLR and MRR products may be sold on any platform including Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, Teachable and similar, as long as you comply with the platform's own terms.
License violations may result in removal of your download access. For serious commercial violations, legal action under applicable intellectual property law may apply.
